EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT FUND :
  • It includes Equal contribution of 12% of Basic + D.A. from employer & employee.
GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE:
  • SAADHANA pays a premium amount of Rs.182/- per employee per annum. The claims can be made up to the extent of Rs.2, 00,000/-. Individual Med claim benefit up to a maximum of Rs.30,000/- for hospitalization is provided for all employees of the Organization.
STAFF LOANS:
  • Two times of the employee’s gross salary.
  • Two year repayment period.
STAFF VEHICLE GRANTS :
  • Organization contributes 15% of the net vehicle value.
  • Organization provides the remaining amount as loan.
SEASONAL PERKS:
  • The employees of Saadhana have a variety of seasonal perks worth of Rs.1000/- covering all seasons. (Rs.250/- for 4 times in a year)

SPECIAL GIFT PACKAGES:

  • Regular newly married employees will get a gift of sum equivalent to their one-month salary on the occasion of  their marriage

  • Saadhana also welcomes a newborn baby of its employees with a gift of Rs.1000/-.

SUPPORTING STAFF CHILDREN EDUCATION :

  • SAADHANA supports higher education of staff children through advancing yearly premium for JEEVAN CHAYA & JEEVAN ANURAG policy of LIC which is recovered from the employees’ salaries without interest.

AKHARA PACKAGE:

  • In view of expensive education which is beyond affordability of a common man, the organization designed a unique incentive payment for the staff in which the organization sponsors Rs.2500/- for each child (maximum of 2 children) for Nursery to 7th Class for every Academic year.

ESTIVAL ADVANCE:

  • The employees are eligible to draw an advance of Rs.3, 000/- once in a year on the occasion of any festival in a calendar year which is recovered in 10 equal monthly installments without interest.

CONDOLENCE PACKAGE:

Saadhana felt, it is worth stretching forth the helping hand to bereaved staff on loss of their parents or spouse. The organization provides Rs.3000 /- as a gesture of condolence.
