The very purpose of the establishing the Swajeeva Resource Centre is to render capacity building and other required technical services to the clients and as well as small upcoming and needy microfinance institutions. To make available the skilled human resource at the grassroots level in the Microfinance sector. The target beneficiaries of the proposed SRC will be the following four categories

• Clients /Members
• Small and upcoming MFIs
• Staff of MFI
• Academicians and other interested social entrepreneurs

The “SRC” envisions to “emerging as a unique school to strengthen and promote clients as well as small and upcoming MFIs through development of appropriate knowledge and skilled human resource”
